Atria Abundance is envisioned as a contemporary workplace architecture project, thoughtfully shaped around landscape, daylight, and spatial openness. Designed to blur the boundary between interior and exterior, the building integrates nature into the everyday work environment creating a healthier and more collaborative office experience.
Organized around a central open atrium, the core functions as a living landscape rather than a void. Green mounds, trees, and open courts anchor the heart of the office building, while sculptural staircases and wraparound circulation systems ensure continuous visual connectivity across levels. The design promotes transparency, interaction, and fluid movement within a modern commercial workspace.
Architecturally, the project draws from contemporary brutalist design, expressed through exposed concrete slabs and bold structural forms. These elements are softened by brick jaali screens, perforated metal railings, and layered glazing systems that filter daylight, improve ventilation, and add depth to the façade.
Landscaped terraces and roof gardens extend the workspace vertically, offering breakout areas and informal collaboration zones. Atria Abundance redefines modern office design in Hyderabad, presenting a breathable, landscape-integrated commercial environment where architecture, sustainability, and movement converge seamlessly

TechBulls, Vizag is a contemporary commercial office building in Vizag, Andhra Pradesh, conceived as a tech-oriented corporate landmark shaped by its naturally contoured site. Positioned at the highest point of the terrain, the structure commands a strong visual presence, while the surrounding landscape gradually rises to enhance the sense of elevation, arrival, and architectural prominence.
Spanning approximately 78,000 sq.ft. across six floors (about 13,000 sq.ft. per floor) on a 0.5-acre site, the building is designed to accommodate flexible and efficient corporate workspaces. The architecture is defined by bold angular geometries, sloping rooflines, and expressive diagonals—symbolizing innovation, growth, and forward momentum. Glass façades and metallic elements form the primary architectural language, allowing abundant daylight, transparency, and a distinctive tech-driven identity.
Each office floor is planned for adaptable layouts with strong visual connectivity to the outdoors, promoting productivity and employee well-being. A rooftop cafeteria crowns the building, offering panoramic city views and informal collaboration zones that support a balanced work culture. Integrated landscaping and stepped site development anchor the structure to its context, transforming it into a terrain-responsive and future-ready corporate workplace in Vizag.

The Amaravathi Press Club is conceived as a civic landmark that reflects the cultural and natural identity of Andhra Pradesh’s capital region. Developed as a concept proposal, the project integrates symbolic architectural references inspired by the region’s heritage, including a contemplative Buddha element and a sculptural book-and-pen installation representing the spirit of journalism and the press.
The building design emphasizes climate-responsive architecture through ventilation slits, shaded recesses, and carefully articulated façade elements that regulate light and airflow. A public plaza forms the foreground of the development, creating an interactive civic space that encourages gathering, dialogue, and community engagement.
Rather than functioning solely as an institutional building, the Amaravathi Press Club is envisioned as an open urban platform—responding to the evolving character of Amaravathi as a developing capital city. The project blends cultural symbolism, civic architecture, and public space design to establish a meaningful landmark for media and civic discourse.
