Trivik Resort & Spa in Chikmagalur is a completed luxury hospitality project set across 56 acres of lush coffee plantations, overlooking the breathtaking Mullayanagiri mountain ranges. Designed as a hillside resort, the master plan carefully responds to the natural slope, positioning each villa to maximize panoramic views while preserving the existing terrain and landscape.
The development comprises 50 luxury villas, fine-dining restaurants, a spa, swimming pool, and curated outdoor activity zones. The architecture seamlessly integrates with the surrounding greenery, creating a refined balance between built form and nature. Trivik Resort & Spa exemplifies sustainable resort planning, landscape-sensitive architecture, and elevated hospitality design in one of Karnataka’s most scenic destinations.

DV MANOR HOTEL
DV Manor is an upcoming 5-star luxury hotel in Vijayawada, developed by Sri Sai Vignesh Properties, strategically located near NTR Health University. Designed as a contemporary 18-floor hospitality tower, the project establishes a strong architectural presence within the city’s emerging commercial corridor.
With a total built-up area of approximately 350,000 sq.ft. on a 1.5-acre site, the hotel comprises 150 premium guest rooms along with world-class hospitality amenities. The development includes multi-cuisine restaurants, bars, banquet halls, landscaped terrace gardens, and a swimming pool—offering a complete luxury hotel experience for business and leisure travelers.
The architectural design emphasizes vertical elegance, efficient spatial planning, and a refined façade expression. As part of the comprehensive design scope, BSD Architecture is responsible for master planning, architectural design, landscape design, lighting design, and coordination with allied services, ensuring seamless integration of functionality, aesthetics, and operational efficiency.

PALAVELLI RESORT
Palavelli Resort & Spa is a completed boutique luxury resort in Andhra Pradesh, located at Yalamanchalli Lanka along the serene banks of the Vashista River. Conceived as a nature-immersed retreat, the project draws inspiration from the region’s cultural heritage and rural landscape, offering guests an authentic and tranquil hospitality experience.
Spread across 12 acres, the master plan integrates luxury villas and suite rooms overlooking a picturesque lotus lake, with coconut plantations forming a natural green backdrop. The architecture and landscape are thoughtfully designed to blend with the surroundings, creating seamless open spaces and a relaxed riverside resort atmosphere.
Recognized for its unique concept, the project was awarded Best Innovative / Unique Rural Tourism Project by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, establishing Palavelli Resort & Spa as a distinguished destination for eco-conscious and experiential travel.
